Eligibility & accounts

Acceptable use

• • No harassment, hate speech, fraud, spam, or illegal activity.
• • Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the services.

User content & licenses

• • You retain ownership of content you post.
• • You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate the services.
• • Do not upload content you do not have rights to share.

Bookings, payments, and cancellations

• • Payments are processed by third-party providers; you agree to their terms.
• • Prices, fees, and taxes may apply. Review details before confirming.
• • Cancellation, refund, and dispute handling follow the policy shown at checkout or the partner’s terms.

Safety

• • Meet in safe locations, verify details, and use in-app messaging when possible.
• • Report incidents or concerns to hello@tipstotrip.com.
• • We may suspend or terminate accounts for safety or policy violations.

Third parties

We may link to or integrate third-party services (e.g., maps, payments). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Disclaimers & liability

• • Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• • We do not guarantee availability, accuracy of listings, or outcomes of interactions.
• • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the service in the past 12 months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, safety concerns, or legal reasons. You may stop using the services at any time. Some obligations (like licenses and disclaimers) survive termination.

Updates
